BINAA Studio
The studio's own premises in Istanbul are a restoration as much as an office. Rather than fitting out new space, the project took on an existing building and adapted it, which put the practice in the position of being its own client on a question it puts to others.
The result is a working environment shaped around how the office actually operates — collaboratively, with models, materials and drawings in circulation rather than filed away.
