Çengelköy Residence
Çengelköy Residence was built in Çengelköy, on the Bosphorus shore of Istanbul's Anatolian side, for TEBA Gayrimenkul. The neighbourhood is one of the city's older waterfront villages, with a fine grain of low buildings and gardens that sets the terms for anything new.
The project is a residential building designed to sit within that grain rather than above it, working within the scale and setback of its street.
Completed in 2018.
