Khujand Sale Office
The sales office serves the practice's larger developments in Khujand, Tajikistan, and is the first piece of them to be built. It is the building where the project is explained before any of it exists.
That gives a small structure an outsized job: it has to stand alone on an otherwise empty site and set the architectural terms for everything that follows.
