Syrdarya Residences
Syrdarya Riverside Residences is a masterplan on the banks of the Syr Darya in Khujand, Tajikistan. The river gives the site both its orientation and its name, and the plan is organised around the relationship between the housing and the water.
The scheme distributes residential blocks and the open space between them so that the riverfront remains public rather than privatised by the buildings that face it.
