The design guide gives an overview of fifty buildings that have changed Istanbul's landscape and the nature of its urban relations from the 1980s to today: not always the best ones, but certainly among the most influential.

By observing the present, it tries to imagine the form of the Istanbul to come. The texts were written by Burak Pekoğlu.
